BID – Hartshorn Marina Dredging

(231) 724-4100 Background The size of boats the marina can handle is currently limited by the depth of water, due to sediment build up. The City of Muskegon needs the marina dredging to proper depths to allow for larger boats. • A pre-dredge survey will be required and approved before any work starts. • A post dredge survey will be required. The difference between these two surveys will be the quantity paid. • Over dredging will be allowed but not paid for. Quantity dredged will not exceed 7500 cubic yards. • Sieve analysis report of the debris is included with this bid package and is provided for information purposes only. No guarantee implied.
