Contractors are invited to submit a sealed bid for the PT Biz Splicing project. A preliminary project plan and schedule as well as a resume of the project manager and/or supervisor are required to be submitted with your bid along with various exhibit forms as described in the Notice and Instructions to Bidders.  Bids will be received by the Public Utility District No. 1 of Jefferson County (the District), located at 310 Four Corners Rd., Port Townsend, WA 98368, until 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 4, 2026, for the PT BIZ SPLICING PROJECT tofurnish all tools, equipment and minor miscellaneous suppliesfor the splicing of aerial and buried mainline and distribution cables, drop cables, and NIDs in the project site within Jefferson County, Washington..
