Description
Work consist of replace existing outlets within 6' of a water source with GFCI protected duplexes, install a hardwired with battery backup carbon monoxide detector, replace all existing basement with GFCI protected duplexes, installation to include the new opening size and supplying window well, remove existing window or make new opening and remove debris material, install new handicap flush, white, first quality toilet, install complete and fully operational radon mitigation system, install new handicap flush, white, first quality toilet, replace window with double hung insert or new construction with full screen.
