City of Olympia – Rental Rehabilitation Project

The City of Olympia is requesting bids from qualified general contractors for the Rental Rehabilitation Project at 1024 Prospect Avenue NE. The scope of work includes siding replacement, window replacement, exterior painting, concrete repairs, and installation of ductless mini-split heat pumps. This project is federally funded and subject to federal labor, contracting, and domestic sourcing requirements.Contractors must be registered in the Facilities – Residential (General) category of the MRSC Small Works Roster for the City of Olympia no later than the bid closing date. The official bid opening date is October 6, 2025.
