Description
Work include prepare detailed cost breakdown structure for Package C and development of cost template to be used by all parties; base independent cost estimates on the design and other information provided by Amtrak; update its cost estimate as the design progresses, and in alignment with the CMAR Contractor’s submissions; review and evaluate the rail systems and civil construction prices submitted by the CMAR Contractor and prepare a technical
memo identifying price and schedule differences for discussion with Amtrak and the CMAR Contractor; and participate in workshops with Amtrak and the CMAR Contractor as necessary to discuss schedule, risk and cost, to finalize the
GMPs.
