Description
Seeking qualification proposals from firms with experience in construction manager at risk (CMAR) project delivery to provide pre-construction and construction services for several projects. CMAR services that include, but are not limited to 1. Structural repairs foundation, framing, load-bearing walls, roof trusses. 2. Exterior envelope roofing replacement/repair, siding, windows, doors, exterior painting. 3. Interior finishes drywall, flooring, interior painting, cabinetry, fixtures. The contract award will have a six (6) year term.
This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply.
