Grass Island WWTP - HVAC Upgrades Project

The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following Demolition of existing boilers, and installation of new boilers, Demolition of the existing HVAC system in the Administration Building and installation of a new VRF system with DOAS Energy recovery unit, Demolition and installation of lighting systems in affected portions of the Administration Building, Electrical, Architectural, Structural improvements supplemental to the HVAC improvements, Commissioning of all new HVAC systems, service water heating systems and lighting systems. Questions shall be submitted in writing to the Project Engineer, CDM Smith, Attn Dan Murphy, 101 East River Drive, Suite 1A, East Hartford, CT 06108 or by email to murphydr@cdmsmith.com at least ten (10) days before the established date for receipt of Bids. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
