Description

The Upper and Lower Artichoke Reservoirs in West Newbury and Newburyport, MA have reached a tipping point and need immediate action to substantially reduce nutrients feeding toxic cyanobacteria blooms. The City has managed cyanobacteria blooms since 2020 using copper sulfate, but blooms in 2025 showed resistance to treatments and higher doses were needed to trigger any response in the bloom

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by Kansas City Board of Public Utilities ('Purchaser') for a Workforce Management Software solution.
