Description

Boulder County Parks & Open Space (BCPOS), Agricultural Resources Division, is seeking proposals from qualified parties to lease approximately 756 acres of the AHI Agricultural lease. The main access to the property is located off N 75th Street, south of the intersection of Nelson and N 75th Street in Longmont, Colorado. Previous agricultural production on the property consisted of hay, forage and commodity crops, and livestock grazing. The property was not leased in 2025, and the property was not irrigated. Mowing and targeted goat browsing were the only management conducted in the 2025 growing season.RFP-270-26 Submittal Instructions
