Description
The purpose of this RFQ/P is to select a qualified person, firm, partnership, corporation, association, or professional organization to provide constructability review, value engineering, master scheduling, cost estimating, budgeting, and construction services for the development and construction for the Thousand Oaks Controlled Entry Project. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not
limited to Site improvement including new fencing, access gates, replacement of existing fall surfacing and other Work.
This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Questions due 10/08/25 by 2PM.
