Description

Construction related to the removal and replacement of two (2) HVAC AHU units located in the interior of the building and two (2) ACCU units are located are on the roof. All replacement equipment will be placed where the existing equipment is currently located. Work will include removal and replacement of equipment along with all associated mechanical, electrical, carpentry, insulation, building management/sensors, ductwork, fire protection, water proofing, damproofing and wiring
