Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) - Needs Assessment

Seeking applications from qualified agencies and organizations to conduct a community needs assessment to assist Denver Human Services (DHS) in establishing priorities for the management of the Community Service Block Grant (CSBG) for grant funding in 2027-2029. The community needs assessment must identify the current unmet needs and future needs of persons living below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) in the City and County of Denver in relationship to the CSBG Program’s nine (9) federal objectives and three (3) national goals. Any contract that may result from this RFA will be funded with the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) funds, which is a federally funded grant program that provides formulaic grants to alleviate the causes and conditions of poverty in communities.
