GHAD On-Call Environmental Consulting Services

The Dougherty Valley and Northwest San Ramon Geologic Hazard Abatement Districts (“ DV GHAD & NWSR GHAD ” or “ GHADs ”) request a Statement of Qualifications (“ SOQ ”) from qualified individuals or firms (individually, a “ Respondent ” and collectively, “ Respondents ”) for On-Call Environmental Consulting Services (“ Services ”). The GHADs require On-Call Environmental Consulting Services (“ Services ”) GHAD maintenance, repair and monitoring projects. The GHADs reserve the right to award the contract to more than one Respondent. Each GHAD may award a separate contract to a Respondent, and no contract with a single GHAD shall constitute any obligation on the part of the other GHAD.
