Fredericksburg is seeking landscaping and lawn services for common area maintenance and fence line clearing.

Description

Landscaping & lawn services work includes mowing and trimming trimming around all curbs, trees, signs and light poles for every cut in the common areas to occur weekly; mowing and trimming rough cut of the exterior southern and western fence lines, removal of any plant growth around or attached to the fence once per year; bed mulch and edging 20 CY of hardwood mulch, 1x every spring. Weeding of the mulch beds with every cut; see attached file. Proposed Project Term 1 year with optional four 1-year extensions. Various locations 11710 & 11716 Main St; 1400 Emancipation Hwy., Fredericksburg. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
