Description
Perform abatement project monitoring and air monitoring services during the demolition of two buildings at the former food processing site. The county is soliciting proposals for a full-time project monitor for project oversight and air monitoring.
Questions due until 4:00 PM on 02/16/26. All questions regarding this bid should be submitted in writing (mail, fax, or email) to the County Purchasing Department at Bids@jeffersoncountyny.gov. The initial contract term shall be for approx. 120 days after the Notice to Proceed, or until final completion of the demolition project.
This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
