Lease of Space at the Ellen Stone Building

The Town of Lexington seeks proposals for the lease of space at the Ellen Stone Building, located at 735 Massachusetts Ave, Lexington, MA 02420. The Town seeks a lessee that will assume the building in its current condition and be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the approximately 3,000 square foot building.
