Facilities Project Manager

The Central District Preservation and Development Authority (CDCPDA ) is dedicated to driving economic empowerment for African American, other minority, and historically underserved communities in Seattle’s Central District. Our commitment extends to nurturing entrepreneurship and supporting business development, ensuring that our community members have the tools and resources they need to thrive.We are looking for an experienced professional for a 5 month contract  (possible extension), minimum 16-20 hours per week, with hybrid work at McKinney Center at 2121 S Jackson St.This person will:Manage multiple shell and core projects simultaneouslyDevelop and mantain project schedules and budgets, oversee permit process and regulatory complianceConduct regular site inspections and quality controlReview and interpret architectural drawings and digital blueprintsProvide technical input on design solutions and constructabilityCoordinate BIM (Building Information Modeling) implementationQualifications:Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering or related fieldMinimum 10 years if exoerience in construction project managementPMP Certification preferredProven experience managing shell and core projects,Experience with budget and cost controlKnowledge of BIM standards and protocolsExperience coordinating between design teams and construction crewsTo Apply, please send the following toinfo@cdcpda.orgA professional resumeThree professional referencesProposed rate and availabilityProject management approach (1-2 pages)Examples of successful architectural design coordinationProfessional licensesDocumentation of experience with digital bluepring managementList of architectural proficienciesQuestions by November 1 and proposals by November 7
