Alpenglow Elementary School Roof Replacement and Seismic Upgrades

The roof will be replaced on the vast majority of the school. Ladders will be added to improve access between different sections of the roof. Select skylights will be replaced. A site visit was held on February 10, 2026 at 3:00 PM. The pre-bid conference was held on February 11, 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Owner's Office or by phone. Any bidder in doubt as to the meaning of any part of the plans, specifications or other documents may submit a written request for an interpretation. The bidder submitting the request will be responsible for its prompt delivery not less than seven (7) working days prior to the date set for opening of bids.
