Description

The city is seeking to establish a roster of qualified contractors who will respond to emergency calls from the chief building official to board and secure vacant buildings in the city. The contractor shall supply 1/2" CDX plywood or OSB board at cost, with supporting documentation provided. The contractor shall cut plywood to fit doors and windows of buildings, and shall screw plywood to openings with wood screws not less than 2" length spaced not more than 2 feet apart. The contractor shall provide all materials and labor necessary to perform the work defined herein during the hours of 7 am-7pm M-F. Unless otherwise noted, the same day response time is required. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
