Folsom is seeking geotechnical, inspection, and asbestos services for a new neighborhood park construction project.

Description

Neighborhood Park #1 (NP1) is in the Folsom Plan Area (south of Hwy 50) at the corner of Empire Ranch Road and Mangini Parkway. It is located adjacent to a future elementary school and near Russell Ranch, White Rock Springs Ranch, and Folsom Heights neighborhoods. NP1 will be the second park designed and built in the Folsom Plan Area, and the first park east of Savannah Parkway.  The Parks and Recreation Master Plan – 2015 Update, proposes the following programmed elements for the 12-acre site. Four (4) copies of the proposal are due at the City of Folsom Parks and Recreation Department Office no later than 2 p.m., October 17, 2025. Submit proposals in a sealed envelope. Prospective bidders are encouraged to engage with the project and any future City of Folsom projects viaPublic Purchase.
