2024 Capital Improvements Project – Phase 1

Work includes capital improvements project - phase 1 that includes contract #101 - general trades; contract #102 - mechanical; contract #103 - electrical; contract #104 - plumbing; contract #105 - site contract. The project consists of mechanical unit replacements and installations, renovation of a gymnasium, replacement of artificial turf field and track cleaning, mechanical unit replacements and installations, and mechanical unit replacements and installations as well as construction of two grass soccer fields and a parking lot. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. Locations Eastridge Senior High School, Helendale Primary School, Laurelton Pardee Intermediate School, East Irondequoit Middle School, and Durand Eastman Intermediate School.
