The Town of Argyle announces a REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (“RFQ”) to provide professional grant management and administrative services as specified in the attached pages, until February 23, 2026, at 3:00 PM CST. Late submissions will not be accepted.This solicitation is conducted in accordance with the Texas Government Code, Chapter 2254 – Professional Services Procurement Act, which requires selection based on demonstrated competence and qualifications rather than competitive bidding. Compensation will be negotiated with the most qualified firm as determined by the evaluation committee and approved by the Town Council.The deadline for all questions is Friday, February 13, 2026 at 5:00 PM CST. As this is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and not a competitive bid, only the names of the responding firms will be read aloud. No evaluation or discussion of the contents will occur at the public opening.
