1401 Marshallton Thorndale Road House Relocation Project

Complete the relocation of the dwelling and construction of a new foundation, backfill and associated compaction work for the dwelling to be relocated. Additionally, the project will include the removal of an existing porch and dwelling addition, disconnection of existing utility services (duct work, HVAC unit), removal of basement steps, unfastening of the existing sill plate, and any other necessary removal procedures to facilitate the house relocation work. Furthermore, the Work will include site stabilization activities, including installation of temporary erosion and sedimentation control devices, removal, furnishing and placement of topsoil, final grading, seeding and mulching of the disturbed areas, and utility connections for the dwelling such as water, electric, communication, and sewer.
