Sewer Billing Printing and Mailing Software and Services

The City & County of Honolulu, State of Hawaii, is soliciting proposals under RFB-ENV-1968207 for Sewer Billing Printing and Mailing Software and Services. The purpose of this Request for Bids (RFB) is to procure a comprehensive solution encompassing both software and services for the efficient and accurate printing and mailing of sewer billing statements. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, providing and maintaining software capable of processing sewer billing data, generating professional and compliant billing statements, managing mailing lists, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of printed statements to customers. The selected vendor will also be responsible for all aspects of printing, inserting, and mailing operations, including postage and compliance with all applicable regulations.
