The Downers Grove Park District is accepting bids for the following identified projects: Administration Building, Lyman Woods Interpretive Center and Belmont Golf Clubhouse Professional Cleaning Service. Sealed bids plainly marked “Administration Building, Lyman Woods Interpretive Center and Belmont Golf Clubhouse Professional Cleaning Service” and addressed “Secretary, Board of Park Commissioners” shall be received on or before 2:00 p.m. Thursday, November 20, 2025 at the Administrative Offices of the Downers Grove Park District, 2455 Warrenville Road, Downers Grove, IL 60515, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bid Documents may be obtained from the Park District Administrative Office beginning Thursday, October 30, 2025. Digital copies are available at no charge by calling (630) 960-2340 or via email at dkozlowski@dgparks.org. The Downers Grove Park District reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
