The purpose of thisRequest for Qualifications (RFQ)is to identify and select qualified and experienced firms (“consultants” or “firm”) to provide various contract services for Larkspur’s Community Development Department. With approval from the City Council, the City of Larkspur expects the selected firms will enter a contract to provide the requested on-call services beginning July 1, 2026. The term of the contracts will be three (3) years with options to extend for an additional two (2) years.
