Description
Providing construction manager at risk (CMAR) services for 2025 post-flood projects. Preconstruction phase services by the CMAR may include provide detailed cost estimating and knowledge of marketplace conditions. Provide project planning, design review, and scheduling. Provide for construction phasing and scheduling that will minimize interruption to county operations. Provide alternate structure evaluations and constructability studies. Advise the county on ways to gain efficiency in project delivery. Provide long-lead procurement studies and initiate procurement of long; seee attached files.
