Engineering Design Services for Lockhart Road Bridge Replacement

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Delta County Engineering Department is soliciting proposals for Engineering Design Services for Lockhart Road Bridge Replacement at Cottonwood Creek.  The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide information to prospective vendors (hereinafter referred to as a Vendor or Respondent) for the submission of sealed bids to be considered by Delta County (hereinafter referred to as COUNTY) for Engineering Design Services for Lockhart Road Bridge Replacement at Cottonwood Creek.The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide information to prospective Vendors for the submission of sealed bids to be considered by Delta County.  Bidders may obtain bidding documents through the Delta County BidNet Direct branded site atDelta County BidNet Direct.Bids must be submitted on County forms with any additional information attached.The County reserves the right to reject any bids, to change, add, or amend the specifications, to waive any informality, and to accept the Proposal that best serves the County's interest.BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COUNTY OF DELTA
