City Schools of Decatur (CSD) invites bids for furnishing any and all goods and/or services required for Custodial Services for City Schools of Decatur. Bids will be received subject to the attached terms specified in ¿Bid Conditions¿ at the office of the CSD Purchasing Department, The Elizabeth Wilson Center, 125 Electric Avenue, Decatur, Georgia 30030. Bids will be received up to 1:30 p.m. EST on Tuesday, February 23, 2026. Bids must be time-stamped by CSD in the manner described herein in order to be timely. A Mandatory Pre-Bid site visit will be held on Friday, January 30, 2026, at 12 noon E.S.T. at the Early Childcare Learning Center (ECLC) 917 S. McDonough Street, Decatur, GA 30030. Questions regarding the bidding process should be directed in writing to the Purchasing Department at csdpurchasing@csdecatur.net. Only questions received prior to 4:00 p.m. EST on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, will be considered
