CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANACALL FOR BIDSNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Bozeman, Montana, is accepting sealed bids for:2026 Street Improvements ProjectThe City of Bozeman will receiveonline electronicsealed Bids for Construction of the2026 Street Improvements Projectuntil2:00 p.m. (local time) on March 18th, 2026and then publicly opened and read aloud.Project Description:Cold milling, hot mix asphalt overlay, asphalt friction seal, asphalt chip seal, pavement markings, pedestrian ramp replacement and sidewalk improvements on various streets within the City of Bozeman.For this project, bids willonly be received and accepted via the online electronic bid servicethrough QuestCDN. A contractor may view the contract documents at no cost prior to becoming a Planholder. CONTRACTOR is not required to have registered with the DLI prior to bidding on this project, but must have registered prior to execution of the Construction Agreement. All laborers and mechanics employed by CONTRACTOR or subcontractors in performance of the construction work shall be paid wages at rates as may be required by the laws of Gallatin County and the state of Montana. Successful BIDDERS shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount.
