Description

Work includes repairs to units 5 & 6 found on maintenance the inducer motor on pkg-6 has failed and is preventing proper draft and safe operation of the heating system. Additionally, the gas valve on pkg-5 has failed and is no longer regulating gas flow as required for safe ignition and operation. Bid includes replacing the failed inducer motor on pkg-6 and installing a new gas valve on pkg-5. This bid shall include all required parts, labor, necessary wiring and adjustments, and testing each unit through a complete heating cycle to verify safe and reliable operation. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.

The scope includes absence management, scheduling, time & labor, and related automations to improve productivity, redual review, and support effective allocation of resources.
