DCR 974 On-Line Bidding System for Construction/Maintenance

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, through its Department of Conservation and Recreation Contracts Unit (DCRCU), is soliciting proposals (RFP #BD-26-1020-DCRCU-DC250-123678) for the development and implementation of an online bidding system (DCR 974) specifically designed for Construction/Maintenance projects. The primary purpose of this RFP is to identify a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive, user-friendly, and secure online platform for managing the bidding process for DCR construction and maintenance contracts.
