2026 Sub - Regional Career Service Provider - North Cities (RFP)

Provide deep knowledge of a particular sub-region and its residents for the purpose of implementing unique sub-regional approaches; provide the networking and organizational infrastructure to ensure that wioa services are participant-centered and employer-specific within a sub-regional context; provide availability to wioa-funded services that are accessible and responsive to participants and sub-regional needs; taking the services to the clients rather than having jobseekers come to a single location to avail themselves of services; make the best use of available wioa funds for job seekers and employers by providing area-specific services informed by intentional and responsive sub-regional stakeholders; provide services core to wioa services including, but not limited to, access to occupational training and certification opportunities, career development services, supportive services, etc. See attached file. This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply. This proposal is submitted for consideration of the full award under the RFP for the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029. Initial Contracts will be executed for twelve (12) months beginning with the Program Year 2026-2027.
