Description

Provide professional services for multiple improvement projects at the Northshore Senior Center campus anticipated from 2026-2031. Services may include architectural and engineering services, planning, design support, construction, administration, and related consulting. The consultant will review existing facilities, identify needed repairs, prepare design documents, advise on constructability, coordinate with contractors and consultants, and support the owner throughout the renovation process. Submit questions by Jan. 23 2026. Questions must be submitted to Christine Scott, executive director, nprsa@bothellwa.gov. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
