ESTIMATEDBUDGET: The estimated construction budget for theservices described in the Request for Proposal (RFP) is three million dollars ($3,000,000.00). CONTRACTTERM: Construction is required to commence withinfourteen (14) calendar days after the Notice toProceed is issued. The contract period is projected for a term of seven hundredthirty (730) calendar days except as may be otherwise amended or negotiated. PROJECTDESCRIPTION: Provideall materials, equipment, labor, coordination and supervisory activitiesnecessary to complete construction of the project as more fully described inthe Attachment D – Project Manual, and Attachment E – ProjectDrawings, which include specifications, drawings, and other contractdocuments, prepared by the A/E of record, Lockwood, Andrews and Newman and TFC.MANDATORYPRE-SUBMITTAL TELECONFERENCES: Mandatory pre-submittal teleconferences willbe held on Tuesday, January 6, 2026 at 10:00 AM and Wednesday, January 7, 2026at 10:00 AM. Pre-registration is required to participate inthe teleconference. Respondents musthave an employee of their firm attend at least one (1) of the two (2)pre-submittal conferences. TFC shall reject qualifications submitted byfirms that did not attend one of the mandatory pre-submittal conferences. TFC is using the eProcurementsystem Bonfire. Respondents mustregister for a Bonfire account (No Charge) to submit a response.
