Description

Provide the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) with a new modern disease surveillance system (FDSS). Last day to submit questions September 16, 2025. Contact Person Andrea Minning, andrea.minning@state.ca.gov. Term Two and a half (2.5) years with four (4) one-year extension options. DVBE Goal 3%. This solicitation has some or all State funding, additional requirements may apply.
