12-26048 Springfield Parking Lot Replacement Ohio State Highway Patrol - Springfield Post 12 4201 Gateway Blvd Springfield, OH 45502 There will be no pre-bid meeting; however, potential bidders can schedule a site visit by contacting Mike Morehouse at mdmorehouse@dps.ohio.gov .
