Description
The Delaware Department of Technology and Information (DTI) is soliciting proposals for Organizational Change Management services related to the Delaware Identity and Access Management System (DIDS) project. This Request for Proposal (RFP) number is DTI250067A-DIDS_PRJCT.
The primary purpose of this engagement is to provide expert organizational change management support to facilitate the successful adoption and implementation of the DIDS project. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: assessing organizational readiness for change, developing and executing change management strategies and plans, communication planning and execution, stakeholder engagement, training development and delivery, and measuring the effectiveness of change management initiatives. Key requirements include demonstrable experience in managing organizational change within complex IT projects, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a thorough understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.
