10,300 CY - common excavation; 5,100 LF - 8" PVC watermain; 2,600 ton - SP 9.5 bituminous wear course; 2,500 LF - 8" PVC pipe sewer; 3,450 ton - SP 12.5 bituminous non-wear course; 5,640 LF 12"-36" RC pipe sewer; 7,860 CY - aggregate base class 5; 60,000 SF - 5" concrete walk; 12,800 LF - concrete curb and gutter des B618; 46 each - deciduous tree 2" cal b&b 1,300 SF - modular block retaining wall; 450 each - shrub & perennial cont; 7,900 CY aggregate base (CV) class 5. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
