4. 1a community resilience 101 outline. Create a draft outline and schedule for mental health workshop series. The purpose of the community resilience 101 capacity building project (hereinafter referred to as the project) is to increase knowledge and understanding of mental health by enhancing knowledge of common stressors, the impact of those stressors, and recovery practices among api people. The project will deliver culturally and linguistically appropriate mental health education through community-based workshops and facilitator training.
