Work consist of Resurface or rehabilitate sidewalks, including utility cover adjustments water gate box lowering and raising, tack coat, shim, and overlay; driveway preparation and lawn and driveway restoration; pavement removal, common excavation, aggregate base gravel; erosion and traffic control and cleanup. Hand placed HMA 110 ton; pavement removal 650 SY; remove existing concrete sidewalk 200 SY; fine grade of driveways/sidewalks 850 SY; aggregate base 135 CY; common excavation 135 CY; furnish & install type 1 granite curb 50 LF; reset or adjust existing granite curb 75 LF; loam & seed 475 SY; flaggers 200 HR; F&I detectible warning plates 136 SF.
