Description
The Department of Family and Community Services, Division of Office of Children's Services, seeks proposals from eligible applicants to provide services through the Children's Advocacy Centers Program.Both existing grantees and new applicants are encouraged to apply. Location(s): StatewideDuration: 1 yearThe specific services sought for the Children's Advocacy Centers: Conduct legally defensible interviews of children following alleged incidents of severe child abuse; Provide advocacy and follow-up support services to child victims and their families following a disclosure of severe child abuse; Coordinate case management through a facilitated multidisciplinary approach to service delivery; and Provide community outreach and education about child abuse, prevention of child abuse, and the resources available to victims.Funding: Additional Funds available for this program are anticipated to total $2,079,111 in unrestricted general funds (UGF) with a 15% required match.For grantees with FY2026 CAC awards, funds awarded from this solicitation will be added to your already existing award.
