Demolition of existing cabinets, soffits, flooring and base. ? Sawcut and pour back concrete floor for new electrical chase to Island. Electrical work by City’s electrical contractor. ? Build knee wall for Island cabinet support. ? Drywall and acoustic ceiling repairs. ? Paint entire room including metal door frames. The City will select the color. ? Roof seal for new HVAC hood vent. ? New glue-down vinyl flooring and cove base ? Include pricing for wood cabinetry/storage and solid surface countertops.
