Description

The City of Solvang is seeking proposals from qualified firms to design, develop, and implement a modern, accessible, and user-friendly municipal website. The City’s current website,www.cityofsolvang.com, contains information however it does not meet the current needs of the City’s customers, as it contains broken links, redundant pages, and legacy documents. Over the years city staff has added content in a rudimentary nature, and has been given limited training on the capabilities of the website. Because of this, the city wishes to have a clean slate, and aims to migrate only active, relevant content and launch a fully compliant, mobile-responsive site under the new domain,www.cityofsolvang.gov.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by Kansas City Board of Public Utilities ('Purchaser') for a Workforce Management Software solution. The scope includes absence management, scheduling, time & labor, and related automations to improve productivity, redual review, and support effective allocation of resources.
