Copies may be obtained upon deposit of$50.00(checkormoney order, payable to theCity of Binghamton.A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Tuesday February 10, 2026 at 10am in the 3rdFloor DPW conference room.ADDENDUM: The new bid opening date for the State Street Parking Ramp Demolition isWednesday, March 11, 2026. All forms and completed bid packages along withthis signed addendumare due to the Board of Contract and Supply on the 2nd Floor of City Hall no later than 10:30am.
