An optional site tour will be conducted after the pre-bid conference. Engineer's estimate of probable cost without alternates is $55,680,000. Engineer's estimate of probable cost with all alternates selected is $59,920,000. Major items of work include the following: • Separation of approximately 20,000 LF of combined sewer and installation of approximately 20,000 LF of new sanitary sewer and installation of approximately 20,000 LF of new storm sewer. • Installation of approximately 18,000 LF of new waterline. • Levee filter diaphragm and new headwall for 48-inch storm relief sewer and outfall along North Fork Licking Valley River. • Reconnection of 381 water service lines. • Reconnection of 381 sanitary sewer laterals. • Disconnection of 287 residential roof downspouts. • Roadway replacement. • Streetscaping upgrades.
