CITY PARK RESTROOM CLEANING (REBID)

The City of Fort Pierce seeks to establish a contract for janitorial cleaning services at City-owned facility restrooms. Bidders are required to provide unit pricing for both the Three-Day Service Schedule and the Seven-Day Service Schedule, enabling the City to evaluate and select the schedule that best supports its operational needs and budget priorities. Required tasks include sweeping and mopping floors; washing cement floors with disinfectant; cleaning and disinfecting sinks, commodes, urinals, walls, partitions, grab bars, doors, mirrors, and floor drains; cleaning drinking fountains; polishing stainless steel weekly; emptying and disposing of waste; refilling dispensers; and maintaining clean entrances. Doors and gates must be left as found after each visit. Issues such as plumbing blockages or vandalism must be promptly reported to the Facilities Manager. These requirements apply equally to both service schedules, and all tasks must be performed at the specified frequency and quality standards
