Consultant Engineering and Project Development Phase Services for the Grangeville Boulevard at B.N.&S.F Railroad Grade Separation - RFP

Provide Preliminary and Professional Engineering and Design Services for the BN&SF Underpass Grade Separation to complete the Project Development Phase of the project, including Project Management and Coordination, Topographic Survey, Geotechnical Investigation and Foundation Report, Phase 1 Site Assessment, Traffic Analysis, Preliminary Design, Environmental Review, BNSF Railway Coordination, CA PUC Coordination, Utility Coordination, Preliminary Engineering, Community Engagement and Education Campaign, Right of Way Engineering and Support, and Performance Reporting. All questions regarding this project shall be in writing and shall be submitted through Bidnet, no later than 4:00 p.m. on the seventh (7th) calendar day before bid opening – Tuesday, October 21, 2025. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply.
