Portable changeable message sign (ls); street sweeping; 4,210 CY roadway excavation; 780 CY imported borrow (cy); 130 LF 8" corrugated high density polyethylene pipe conduit; 38,300 SF hydromulch. This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
