2026 009 Operation of Collection Centers

Seeking qualified companies to operate our existing five collection centers for a period of two years beginning July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2028. The direct land lease and operation of the five (5) County Trash Collection Centers. The successful bidder will lease, staff, and operate each facility and will be responsible for all labor, fee collection, equipment maintenance, and the proper removal and disposal of all trash and materials collected. Each Trash Collection Center must operate a minimum of three (3) days per week for at least eight (8) hours per day, with Saturday required as one of the operating days. Responses will be provided in an addendum by 5:00 p.m. ET, Monday, February 23, 2026. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
